Webinar relates to the mechanical traction of the spine. During the session we will discuss issues related to the mechanics of the procedure, its impact on the spine and the patient’s symptoms, as well as the method of implementation or selection of treatment.
For whom such a procedure is intended, whether mechanical traction should be combined with other treatments and what problems may arise during the procedure. The various features of mechanical traction tables and their importance for the procedure itself.
The webinar will have a hybrid structure, i.e. in the first part we will present the previously prepared film, then we will invite you to discuss and ask questions live.

Master’s degree in physiotherapy the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow in 2001 at. Since 2004, he has been working at the Health Resort Clinic in Ciechocinek, initially as a manual physiotherapist / therapist, currently as a Rehabilitation Development Coordinator at the Locomotor System Research and Development Laboratory. Participant of many specialist trainings in the field of manual therapy, such as the McKenzie, Brian Mulligan. In 2002 – after passing the international exam – he obtained the title of a certified therapist of the McKenzie method (MDT Credentialed Therapist). In the following years, he participated in many courses on the SET concept, Kinesiology Taping, sensomotor training, soft tissue therapeutic techniques and trigger point therapy. He is also a participant of the only training in manual therapy conducted in Poland personally by the creators of the method, Freddie Kaltenborn and Olaf Evjenth, which took place in 2011. He is employee of Manual Therapy Center of Professor F. Kaltenborn since the establishment of this facility in 2011, combining these duties with the work of a research laboratory and lectures conducted at the University of Bydgoszcz.
He is the author of over 60 scientific papers, a speaker at many training courses and workshops in the field of therapeutic techniques, movement analysis and Nordic Walking.
The combination of interest in manual therapy, especially in soft tissue techniques, movement analysis and biomechanics is visible both in the topics of subsequent publications and in specialist courses conducted since 2010.
