On 11 April 2025 our X-Rehab Gliwice Rehab Center – part of Technomex – hosted the “Build the Champion” workshop. The event was designed for young athletes looking to improve their football skills, learn about injury recovery, and understand the impact of proper nutrition on performance.
The workshop was led by experienced professionals:
1. Dawid Tomanek (PRO SPORT IPP) - a A licensed UEFA A coach and head of scouting at FFG, who shared his expertise on developing young talent.
2. Michał Czarnecki (X-Rehab) - a specialist in sports physiotherapy who discussed injury management and safe return to play.
3. Angelika Wróbel: a sports dietitian and personal trainer, who provided insights into how diet can improve athletic performance and recovery.
The session was filled with practical advice and interactive discussions. It surpassed our expectations and left a strong impact on all participants. We are proud of this initiative and grateful to everyone who took part. We look forward to organizing more workshops and sharing valuable experiences with our community.
