Forearm and wrist

CAPRI is a therapeutic device that can be used for the rehabilitation of patients suffering from dysfunctions of grip control and accuracy, motor and movement coordination of hand. The target group includes not only neurological patients but also orthopaedic, pediatric and elderly people. CAPRI system is typically used in occupational therapy and physiotherapy as therapeutic support, enhancement and intensification in addition to conventional forms of therapy. Active repetitive exercise and training promotes neuronal plasticity and thus the alteration (adaptation) of synapses, nerve cells and even entire areas of the brain to regain lost functionality.
